The Great Fishermen's RUSTIDA
August 14th – Kick off the mid-August celebrations with the fishermen and a traditional fish barbecue.

On the evening of August 14th, 2026, the traditional Rustida returns, organized and "cooked" by the fishermen and families of the Cesenatico Fishermen's Cooperative.
Starting at 7:00 PM in the courtyard of the Fish Market (Mercato Ittico, via Matteucci 31), they will prepare signature local seafood specialties such as mussel and clam sauté, mixed fried fish, spaghetti with clams, or fish pasta. The evening will be complemented by live musical entertainment.
No reservations required. Just bring a little patience for the queue—it is always worth the wait!
