Emergency in case of FIRE
check the fastest escape route in the plan that you will find in the room. IMPORTANT: use of the lift is prohibited. Leave the room by closing the door behind you (NOT KEYED) and go to the nearest emergency exit; report fire danger to 115, keep calm, do not panic or scream. If the smoke does not make the corridor or stairs usable, go back to the room, close the door (NOT KEYED), seal it with damp towels to prevent the passage of smoke and signal your presence by looking out the window/balcony.

is in the green area of the Hotel Universale, where you will find inflatables, jumping nets, swings, multi-activity games and an area equipped with tables and benches. Every day at 4.00 pm snack with the entertainers

it is located on the first floor of the Hotel Promenade and is accessed from the staircase in front of the pool; the little ones must be accompanied by an adult. It is also possible to draw, read, play but also have a space to do "holiday homework"

The Pools
they are facing the sea and equipped with sunbeds and umbrellas, please do not occupy the sunbeds with towels or bags if not present; it is mandatory to take a shower before entering the water and it is forbidden to dive. The Universal pool: has an area with shallow water ideal for the little ones
Internal Parking
upon check-in you will be assigned your parking space, display the coupon visibly on the dashboard. At 24:00 the parking gates will be closed, after this time the porter will open you according to your needs. Attention: every Friday, due to the weekly market, it will not be possible to leave/enter the car parks after 18.00, it will be possible to return after 24.00. On the day of departure, the parking space must be vacated by 10.00 am
Bagno Angelo and Universal beach
upon your arrival you will be given the beach voucher which you can deliver directly to Bagno Angelo and you will be assigned your umbrella and two sunbeds; we remind you that drinks at the beach bar are subject to charges
Bicycle Service
it is free but not bookable. You can ask for the keys to the padlock at reception (€10 deposit) and use them for a maximum of 2 and a half hours. Do not leave the bike unattended until you have tied it up and report any breakages or damages
