Commercial Conditions

  • the promotion is subject to limited availability and cannot be combined with other offers
  • to confirm the reservation a deposit of € 400 to be sent by bank transfer, money order or credit card within 7 days of the reservation
  • Club Card € 60 per room (valid for one year): allows you to take advantage of the All inclusive services
  • in case of cancellation within 30 days of arrival, the deposit will be returned, after which it will be retained
  • in case of cancellation with SCALAPAY installment payment: within 30 days of arrival 5% of the deposit will be retained and the remainder will be returned, otherwise the amount of the entire deposit will be retained
  • in case of early departure the customer is required to pay a penalty equal to 3 nights
