Commercial Conditions

  • Validity: The promotion is subject to limited availability and cannot be combined with other offers.
  • Confirmation Deposit: To confirm the booking, a deposit of € 100 is required, to be paid within 7 days by bank transfer, postal order, or credit card.
  • Club Card (Mandatory): cost: € 60 per room (annual validity). Not included in the price of the stay. It allows access to all the hotel's All-Inclusive services.
  • In case of purchase of the race bib (or package), the amount of € 130 must be paid upon booking; in the event of cancellation or withdrawal, the cost of the race bib will not be refunded.
  • In case of cancellation/withdrawal up to 30 days before arrival, the deposit will be refunded, otherwise it will be retained.
  • In case of cancellation/withdrawal with SCALAPAY instalment payment: up to 30 days before arrival, 5% of the deposit will be retained and the remainder will be refunded, otherwise the amount of the entire deposit will be retained.
