Ice Skating just a few steps from the port

Christmas 2025 in Cesenatico will be even more charming thanks to the new Ice Skating Rink, set up in the green area of Largo San Giacomo, directly behind the historic Church of San Giacomo. This initiative is designed to offer moments of joy, recreation, and togetherness for families, children, and anyone choosing to experience the city center during the festivities. The rink is located in the heart of the historic center, just a few steps from the Leondardesco Canal Port and the famous Marineria Nativity Scene (Presepe della Marineria), making Cesenatico an ideal destination for those who desire a Christmas with a warm and authentic atmosphere.

Opening Dates and Times

From November 29, 2025, to January 11, 2026

• Weekdays: 3:00 PM – 8:00 PM
• Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays: 10:00 AM – 12:00 AM (midnight)

A refreshment area featuring Christmas sweets is available on site. The initiative is part of the city's Christmas events calendar and offers a safe, festive, and engaging experience, respecting tradition while focusing on fun for all ages.

Rink Events

• December 13 — Saint Lucy's Day Celebration: An afternoon dedicated to the little ones with free distribution of sweets and candies.
• December 20 and 21 — Santa Claus's Little House: A magical corner to meet Santa Claus, participate in creative activities, deliver letters, and enjoy moments of entertainment.
• Throughout the Christmas Season: Themed events and shows on skates to enchant the audience and enrich the experience at the rink.
